This is an illustration for a german carol called "From Heaven High O Angels Come"
lyrics can be found here: [link] I used ~Sadir89's wing tutorial for the wings: [link] Gah... This picture took me forever. T_T I had so much trouble with it. Originally there were 2 angels, one in the background playing a violin but by the time I finished this angel the second one didn't look as good so I didn't bother lining it. I dunno I think I had a lot of trouble becaues most x-mas carols are all religious and to me x-mas means something very different. Meh... I did better on my cel shading so that was good and I like the wings. Hopefully I have some sort of chance at the contest. BTW this is for the X-mas Carol Contest that ^touchedvenus is holding. |
